he wind energy company Sølund Invest A/S in Birkerød is to go public at Copenhagen Stock Exchange and the plan is to become the largest within sustainable energy – with more than twice the turnover to EUR 300 million, writes Børsen Business Daily.
Sølund Invest A/S handles the provision of wind turbine projects to Danish investors and in its latest financial year it had a turnover of EUR 130 million.
The management of Sølund Invest believes in great opportunities in the market. “We are targeting the alternative energy and will also focus on projects within solar energy,” says general manager Frank Buch-Andersen, Sølund Invest.
Moreover, he considers Greentech his most important competitor because this is also solely trading within sustainable energy. Greentech already has wind energy projects in Denmark, Germany, Italy and Poland.
